CARD PROCESSING CENTER - FCNB ripoff PAID OFF ACCOUNT 2 TIMES AND AM STILL GETTING LATE FEES AND ACCOUNT IS NOW AVER 100.00 AND HAVE NOT USED IT IN OVER 2 YEARS New York NEW YORK

Have tried paying off creit card and get late fees even if you sent payment the day you get the stament I know it does not take 3 weeks for them to get there mail. and they have marked my credit, can not reach anyone and they do not answer letters written, this is starting to piss me off I just want to be done with this card but they will not let me, if there is an action suit against fcnb please let me know I will be going it.

Hey just get your credit report from all three major reporting credit bureu's and deispute the charges and if they don't respond in 30 days by law they need to remove it from your report.
