This company is collecting for FCNB which went bankrupt. They have tried to hide their actual name by using card processing center and giving no physical street address. They are placing late charges and other fees on customers accounts. Well the company name is CardWorks Partner LP, the CEO and President is Don Berman, they use the physcial address of55 E. Ames Ct Plainview, NY 11803 Phone number is 516 576 1023. They also use an address in Woodbury, NY. Here are some email addresses that may help hr@cardworks.com and sales@cardworks.com If you flood these email adress with letters of complaints you will get some results.
