Cartvertising  A lot was promised, nothing was done. Won't return calls Houston, Texas

We signed an agreement on 9/7/11. Sales rep told us how they were going to start working on graphics and marketing campaign for us the minute he submits the app to the corporate. 3 weeks later we were supposed to receive graphics for an approval, so they could start our campaign. Everything sounded so unbelievably great that we ended up paying $1,710 believing that these guys would really give us the exposure we so badly need. 

Month later I called their office. It turns out we're not even in the system. So I left my contact information, but did not receive a call. For several weeks it's the same routine. I finally called and asked for our money back, but was told that (even though we're not in the system) they were going to start our campaign in December.

We never sent any business information, graphics so the idea of someone advertising my business without any information about the business or an approval is unacceptable. I've called about 5 more times asking for our money back, left contact info, but nothing's been done about it still. Not sure whether the product works or not, but I refuse to deal with this company ever again. It's middle of November and I'm still on the phone trying to put an end to all this.
