Cartvertising BEWARE! You will be scammed. Dont sign anything. Houston Texas

This company sent a rep in who was a public figure with now a criminal background, and known in this area to be unethical. She had me sign what she said was a 'hold" for a deal, until I could hear back from the owner, who is in charge of making the final decision. She had me initial and sign to say she had written my email correctly, and that I had given her a check to hold the offer. I had a customer that I had to help, so she left, after leaving me a copy of what I had signed. When I was finished, I saw that it was a non-cancellable contract, with all the details filled in, that were not there when I signed...including 50% advertising that I had said I didn't think we could do. I had to wait on the owner to get back to me. She left the building and immediately mailed it in. I called her and asked 7 times if she had tricked me into signing a noncancelable contract, and she refused to answer me each time.

So, she scammed us, probably to make her quota. And cartvertising is not doing anything to fix the situation. I put a different name on the hold form which I use for privacy, but i turns out to be the legal binding contract, because I didn't know I was signing a legal contract. The rep was fully aware that I was not the decision maker. So now cartvertising is calling their legal department. I have witnesses to what occurred and audio cameral footage of the reps conversation, however, they are still pushing forward. And they waited to give me an answer until 2 days before we get billed a huge amount for what is probably not worth the money.

They could have easily solved this by ripping it up, especially since I called an hour after the rep left. Do not deal with this company.
