Cash Rewards Inc. Denied my claim while everything required was met, call, email with no response for months Coppell Texas

I did a transaction through a real estate company from purchasing a home. I was promised that I will get my money 3 years after I mailed in the certificate along with a thousand documents that they want at exactly certain day, 36 months later, mailed in another hundred of documents on exactly this day, THEN, i will get my money.

I have been waiting for my money after I mailed in everything they need, I was rejected for something that I dont have to provide - Lender information. I didnt owe anything and paid off everything for the house, which is clearly stated in the thousand documents that they asked for.

They asked me to send in my appeal based on their instruction which I did. I have not heard anything from them since. It has been 9 months since the day I should have gotten my money.

I have tried to call and emailed every week, there has been no response, you can not talk to anyone. Anyone has the similar problem?? What should we do?
