This company offered $2300 cash back reward after 3 years if you comply with very particular requirements at exactly 36 months. We tried to submit but, as in other reports here at Ripoff, the registered letter was returned as undeliverable by Post Office in Strongsville, OH. This offer was used by a Phoenix Realtor to induce buying: Curtis Johnson Realty. They say they are no longer associated with this group.
