7/2/11 ordered and received 6 ctns with no problem except lengthy 3 1/2 week wait.
8/2/11 I reordered and after 11 days was phoned by Heather saying my payment did not go thru and she cancelled order.
8/13/11 I reorder and after 3 weeks Heather called wanting a blanket signature on a document authorizing payment. She would send it via Email 3 days later. The following day I accessed my account on their web page and was shocked to see that THEY had placed an additional order on 9/2 while not yet delivering the order of 8/13. In this order they assumed the additional "insurance" fee. I sent Email stating I did not authorize that order and to finish the existing order first. They did cancel order of 9/2 and 5 days later I received 2 of 6 cartons ordered on 8/13. Several days later I received an adversarial letter accusing me of stealing the partial order delivered and demanded I contact them as they would report ME to a "state fraud dept." They take a month or so to deliver and 6 cartons arrive randomly 2 at a time. Avoid this company at all costs.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Free goods
AUTHOR: Heather - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, September 28, 2011
What this individual fails to mention, is that he WAS NOT charged for his second order. Our processor had technical issues so no charge was made. The goods were shipping in good faith and the email the customer received was requesting payment for his order.
The email stated that should he fail to respond to the email our processor would send him, requesting verification of the charge, then a fraud claim COULD be made against him. As the situation stands, we are now going to resubmit a charge to this customer as tracking through www.usps.com proves his goods were delivered.
We do not operate fraudulently, we only require payment for goods we supply. If this customer had not, for any reason, received his order we would not be requesting payment.l
