I just received a court summons for Cowlitz county for daniel n gordon pc attorneys and counselors at law. I need help and info in regards to this collection agency being legal to do collections in washington state. as of righ tnow the only thing i've been able to find is that they lost a lawsuit in seattle because they were not licensed to do debt collections in washington state.
