I've been trying to file a dispute ,with direct express ,150 in less than a week,i have to go over it with customer service ever time ,before ,they transfer to level 2. But sometimes I can't even get through the first proceeds ,because of the high volume of calls , spoken to a supervisor, to transfer me ,to level to ,still I can't get through to resolve my dispute,.
