Direct Merchants Bank ripoff victimized many consumers Carol Stream Illinois

Direct Merchants Credit cards have charged me a number of times late fee when I wasn't late.
I was changing it to another credit card because of the high interest rate and did not know that dell ahd put the computer on the other card.
I had emailed dell and told them that i didn't want it on the card.
When direct card account was transferred it was over the limits and i was charge from them and from direct.
direct charged me premium charge, a nsf charge, late payment fee and a purchase fee inwhich i have not made any. and it shows 2 different puechases fees.
This company is nothing but a ripoff.
