Direct Merchants Bank ia a ripoff company. They did not accept all my on line payments, and the servive was poor ...

You can pay one payment a day on line. Pd 05-10-02 $225.00, 05-11-02 $500.00,05-12-02 $200.00. They only accepted the one payment of course for the least among of $200.00. These payments were in before my cycle date so no interest would be paid on the amts over the regular payment.

The excuses were via e-mail can only pay one pmt a day. via phone, probably a computer glitch. Of course it will take 10 days to fix this and how much you want to bet if they decoct the other $725.00 it will be in the current month so they can charge interest on that amount. I will fight this. How do banks get away with this?
