DirecTV Misleading information on billing , Internet
In january of 2012, I signed up with DirecTV for a bundle package for TV, Internet and Phone.
Just lately, I have discovered that DirecTV does not handle Internet and Phone. They basically lied about the BUNDLE Package.
They send their billings for the TV to Verizon who in turn charges for the Internet and Phone.
My original price for the TV, Internet and Phone was supposed to be at $135 per month. After they sent the bill to Verizon, it was $165.
