I ordered a camera from Discovery, Elan 7E. I purchased this for a vacation, which I have been saving for years. When I ordered on line they had someone call me and sell me more of their junk. I waited 2 weeks for my package and I did not get anything. They told me it was stolen and UPS will give them their money and ship my camera out that week. I waited a week and no camera. I called and was put on hold for over 45 min. Once I spoke to the manager the jerk started yelling at me. His response was "Computers are down and we can't look into UPS to see if it has been shipped!" I know you get paperwork with UPS when you ship something out and he could very well have checked to see if it was shipped. He then started yelling, "Well what do you want me to do? Put you on hold for 2 hours and tell you where your order is? Do you want me to just cancel your order?" He wants to cancel my order but he never asked my name. How does he know what order to cancel? He then slammed the phone down and put me on hold. At that point I had to hang up and call again. I called again and he answered the phone heard my voice and hung up on me. I sent an email with a request for someone to let me know what is going on since the already have my money and I don't have any mds.

The next morning I got an email with the computers has been down and if I wanted to cancel my order. I finally gave up and told them to cancel and return my money. This was almost two weeks ago and I still don't have my money.

I spoke to a customer service rep by the name of Tommie yesterday that promised me he would credit my card yesterday. Still no credit issued. I called today and spoke to a customer service manager by the name of Eric. He gave me the "Banks terminals are down and since we are a large company they are giving us a special line and it will be 12 to 16 days till we get your money back to you."

I'm fully disappointed and discouraged! I like to shop on line and this has been the worse experience I have ever had on line. It really makes me wonder now and proves that people are not always honest.
