Dishnet Hughesnet Misleading information internet Nationwide

I called Dishnet to establish internet service at my home. They sent a Hughesnet installer out and he installed Hughesnet equipment. Since Dishnet and Hughesnet have a connection together, I assumed that this was the way it was done. After receiving the second bill from Hughesnet, I called Dishnet to find out what was going on.

Iwas told I didn't have an account with Dishnet, but if I liked, they would come out and change me over. So I called Hughesnet and cancelled my service because I was being double billed for the same service. Then I get a notice from Hughesnet saying I owed an early termination fee of $355.00 plus some other charges for monthly service for a total of $418.35.

I called Dishnet back and said I never called Hughesnet and should not be liable for these charges. All they would say is 'We're sorry, but we can't be responsible for Hughesnet charges'; even though I never called Hughesnet.
