Dish Network ripoff, charge for service call never have before Englewood Colorado

I have been a customer of Dish for over 5 years. I have had service techs come to my house about 4 times in the past 4 years. Once to install our 2nd dish and 3 times to fix problems. I have NEVER been charged for this service and they have replaced swithboxes and cables etc. This past week I lost all my channels on satallite 119 (all the important channels). I called them and was told a tech would have to come look at it. I even ask her "is there anything I can do instead". No, a tech had to look. Okay they show up a week later and he moves a wire from one input on the switchbox to another. The input was bad. It took 5 minutes. I then called Dish for my credit for lost programming and they issued me $25. I call to check the balance of the account and instead of going down $25 it has increased by $50. When I question it, I am told that the service call was $50. I have never been charged for a service tech to come and I tell him this. He looks in my account and claims I have never had a tech out to fix anything. I tell him he is full of @#!@ and after screaming over him for a half hour that I was not told I would be charged and never have been before, demanding to talk to a supervisor, who was conviently busy, he finally told me that he would remove the $50 charge. I check the balance today and the $25 credit is there but not the $50. They also informed me that there will be a $50 from now on. Has anyone else ever had a tech come and not be charged for it? And then all the sudden they are charged? It makes no sense.
