I will receive several calls a day from them trying to collect on my old AT&T cell phone account. I've spoken with several from this conpany and explained to them that I will pay AT&T directly. One person told me that they will refuse it. I kindly said to him/her "I will kindly keep it too".

Just spoke with another guy who was very rude about the situation. He thought he could scare me by stating "this will affect my credit report if it is not taken care of". He then asked why haven't I paid it like it is affecting his credit report.

Please be aware of of not only this company but others too!

Diversified Consultants Called with a bogus wireless bill. I told them it was not valid. They ignored me, refused to investigate did not honor my dispute and reported on my credit report. I called and explained again it was false charges and they got smart with me and hung up on me several times. They are not interested in the truth, they just want to get their paychecks no matter what consumers they walk over and disrespect and destroy credit etc. I predict they will not be around very long because it seems they are all trained to be rude and ugly with customers no matter what and it is ok to hang up in there faces. Not many people will put up with this type of abuse from someone trying to take there money. Even if the account was valid, i still wouldn't pay just because of their rude workers and I'm sure I am not the only person who would refuse to simply because of the abusive customer service, not to mention the bogus charges they refuse to investigate Jacksonville Florida
