I ordered a free trial of face cream on my phone. No where was there terms and conditions or a box to check that you agree with the terms. The next day I looked on a desktop computer and saw where the free trial was signing up for a monthly membership. I would never agree to this.

I looked and searched for a phone number or email address for the company and couldn't find anything. I didn't even have the real company name at that time. The shipping charge was on my account on12/14/12. The terms say that the $99 monthly fee won't be charged until after 14 days after the free trial is received. The $99 charge was on my account on12/27/12. They charged me 14 days after I ordered a whole 3 days early.

I finally found a number and called on 12/27 and the first person I talked to said, yes your membership is canceled. I returned the unused free sample two days after I received it with a letter canceling my membership. Ishould have gone to the post office and got a tracking number with delivery confirmation. I used postage from a Pitney Bowes mail machine from work. I set it outside my door for the postman to pick it up. I received an email on 12/26 confirming my cancelation. 

When I was able to talk to a "manager" he said that they never received the package.  He also said that i cancelwd by email on tje 12/26 and it was to late, the charge was already sent through to my bank. I informed him that i did not email the company.  even know the email address. He pretty much said I was lying. He argued with me and talked over me. It's obvious they got the package. How else did they know I wanted to cancel. I have no idea why he said I emailed and canceled when I didn't.

He refused to give me my money back. I didn't even have a product. How can they charge for a product when I don't have the product. They charged my account to early too. I went to my bank and filed a dispute charge. I can't afford this. They took food off my table for my child. I son't have enough groceries until next payday
