Equinox DNA This company is a rip off Sparks Nevada

I found an order for a skin product which said that it was free if you paid shipping and handling. I looked at this site really good for anything that would say it would do an auto order after this. I found nothing on this particular site so ordered the one product, Equinox anti aging cream. I then tried to order the other product, Day and night Serum but it did not go through on my computer. I then decided to just not bother because if it did not go through then I would go back later or not? Was not totally decided. I then printed out a receipt which said Equinox Full 30 day supply--FREE and then shipping and handling $3.97. At that time I saw a notice of "Your shipment is estimated to arrive by 20th Mar. 2014. Under that was a notice of a 2 week trial and after than all the info I originally looked for in small lettering. I read it and it said a 2 week trial and with the sentence above it would start when I got the product which was estimated as of the 20th of March, 2014. I ordered this product on March 15, 2014. I did receive both the products as of March 21, 2014. I did realize I had 2 weeks to try this product before being charged. This would of been on April 3, 2014. I saw on my bank account two (2) charges for shipping and handling which included a charge of $4.97.

On March 30, 2014 I looked at my bank account and saw 2 charges. One was for $93.00 and one for $99.00. I called my bank and tried to stop the payments which did not happen. The day I found they charged me was on a Sunday and when I tried calling the offices of EquinoxDNA it was closed. My bank took a report. I was asked to call Equinox and try to get my money returned. I called EquinoxDNA on Monday, March 31, 2014. I talked with a man named Malcome. He was very nasty. He said I had all ready gotten my 2 weeks and the charges would stand. I tried to tell him I did not have the 2 weeks to try the product and to top it off the product was not good. Malcome refused to return my money, he then told me he could give me back $30.00 on each product and I told him no. I did not get to use it for 2 full weeks, the paperwork said estimated arrival on the 20th and that makes the 2 week trial not over. He told me no way, I was not getting my money back, he was a supervisor and he was the only one who could help me at all and his final offer was $50.00 back on each product. I told him no, I was not receiving the product which was the next order because I had stopped this order as of today, March 30, 2014 and he was the one I gave that request to for stopping any business with this company. I did not want anymore product and I wanted my money back for something I was not going to get. I also told him that what I did get was free according to their own add that I got. I told him I would gladly send what I had back. This Malcome told me no, not to send any of it back because they would only throw it away so keep it. I told him that it was suppose to be free anyway and shipping and handling was done per that add. Now I want my money back. Malcome totally refused. I did finally take the $50.00 for each product back but told him I wanted the whole amount because I would not get what it was being charged for. He continued to tell me he is the supervisor and he was the only one who could do anything for me and that was all he was going to do. I did get the amount of $100.00 back from that company but they still owe me the rest of the $192.00 and I also got a $70.00 charge due to this being done to my account. This company is a rip off. I would not refer anyone to this company or to this product
