Clarifying the Procedure for Tickets

I have read the two postings on your site and believe that both are simple errors.

Rest assured that this is a legitimate site and receives thousands of visitors every week. Rarely do consumers have any difficulty accessing the site. In the few cases that they do, the problems are usually typographical or procedural on behalf of the consumer.

First, whan a consumer registers for this promotional offer, they will be contacted by eTourandTravel and our representative will issue them a "Pin Number"...which is unique for their registration. The correct address for the website is:

You will need to enter your Pin Number and either of the following:
1) Your email address (which is entered by the consumer during the registration); or
2) Your Zip Code (which is also entered by the consumer during the registration).

Please note that sometimes consumers don't complete one of the above two fields. If your pin number doesn't work with your email address, then try your pin number with your zip code. It all else fails, please contact our office for assiatnce with your problem.

Regarding the posting from Gary in Gulport, FL - He is using the correct website address. I can only guess as to why he couldn't access the site (possibly a circuit outage or perhaps our server was temporarily down). Since I don't know when he tried to access our site, I can't check our logs to see if we had any server outage at that time. Using Gary's Pin Number, I have accessed the site and could successfully print a voucher. Gary, please try to access the site again. If you are still having difficulties, please contact our office for assistance.

Regarding the Posting from Roger - Westbrook, Connecticut, I have no idea how he successfully printed his vouchers as the address he listed for our website is incorrect. Again, the correct address is (no "s" after etour).

I had the same experience. I then checked the web site address by doing a search for etoursand travel. Found they did have a location and used this;

I was able to print out voucher but needed to use my e-mail address and not zip code. Will not work if you use both.
