I bought a Sony Playstation 3 controller from Evil-controllers in November. They finally mailed it out to me and I received it on Dec 10th. It immediately did not work. I called on Monday Dec 13th and spoke with the tech support guy and he said it was broken and send it back and they would repair it and cover my shipping up to 10.00. They received the controller back from me on Weds Dec 15th. I did not hear anything so I finally called them on Thursday Dec 23th.

They told me it was going to be shipped out Monday Dec 27. This did not happen. I called again on Weds 12/29 and they said they did not ship because they are putting a new update in the controller and it was going to ship in Jan 3th. This again did not happen. I called again on Weds 1/5 and left a message and did not get a return call. I called again on Friday 1/7 and left another message and did not get a call back. At this point I am at a loss on what to do. I have had my money paid in full since early November and have nothing in return. Please help! This company should be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!It is a SCAM!!

Thanks for reaching out to me Carlos. The controller works fine. My only problem is that I was told by numerous people that I would get my shipping costs back. (the costs I paid to ship my controller back to you). It was only 6.00 and I could careless about the money. It is a principle thing with me. I live my life by the theory you do what you say you are going to do.

Once again very disappointed

So the company calls me to please place a rebuttal on my first post. So I did. And guess what, I still HAVE NOT received any money from my return shipping to them. They said it would be refunded up to 10.00 upon return of the defective controller. It was not in the packaging. So when they called me (2 times) to place a rebuttal, I said, how about my money for the shipping costs back to you. "oh yes, we will send that out right away" I was told. Still have not received it. My though on this company is they will tell you what ever you want to hear and then not follow through on their word or commitment. My advice... GO ELSEWHERE!

I am completely sensitive to your situation and frankly embarrassed with the experience you had with my company. The holiday season is also a hectic time for retail companies and we at Evil do our very best to provide amazing customer service.

Clearly you were not given that service, but I am 100% willing to take care of this situation. There was an update released for ps3 and that is why we held onto the controller to provide you with the latest technology. As far as the controller not working when you received it , this in unacceptable . We have a team of quality assurance reps who put every controller through a 17 point test. Unfortunately being a specialized custom business these issues can occur.

As far as not having a phone call returned, there is no excuse for that. I would love to get your first and last name also if you have an order number I would like to have that too. I keep records of all phone calls that have taken place and I will address the appropriate position of this issue. I see this as an opportunity for our company to grow and put the proper tools in place , so know one else has this kind of experience.

We are the leaders in this industry and truly do have the best products. If you talked to a 1000 people 999 would tell you how impressed they were with our service and products. You had a bad experience and I would sincerely appreciate an opportunity to rectify it.
