I bought a Sony Playstation 3 controller from Evil-controllers in November. They finally mailed it out to me and I received it on Dec 10th. It immediately did not work. I called on Monday Dec 13th and spoke with the tech support guy and he said it was broken and send it back and they would repair it and cover my shipping up to 10.00. They received the controller back from me on Weds Dec 15th. I did not hear anything so I finally called them on Thursday Dec 23th.
They told me it was going to be shipped out Monday Dec 27. This did not happen. I called again on Weds 12/29 and they said they did not ship because they are putting a new update in the controller and it was going to ship in Jan 3th. This again did not happen. I called again on Weds 1/5 and left a message and did not get a return call. I called again on Friday 1/7 and left another message and did not get a call back. At this point I am at a loss on what to do. I have had my money paid in full since early November and have nothing in return. Please help! This company should be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!It is a SCAM!!
