Fintech Services, Inc (Amy Bryant, Joseph Servilio, Sean, Nicole Eisenberg, Diana, Joanna, Andrew Capella) Ripped me off!! Ft. Laurderdale Florida

I was ripped off as well and have the same identical complaints. Amy Bryan spoke with myself and my daughter and indicated she completely understood as her own father had lost his home to foreclosure and had to move to FL to take care of him. Apparently, this was a bold face lie! I have had numerous conversations with Amy, Sean, Nicole Eisenberg, Dyana and Joanna. I have been treated the same as I was told to pay upfront fees and that it would take from 30 days to 12 months, depending on your lender. The loan modification process also consisted of several stages. Amy collected all of my financial information to determine if I qualified for the loan modification. Amy told me they had to work out a temporary forbearance period and sent me a one-page letter welcoming me to Fintech and telling me in detail the process of the loan modification. I was told each client would receive a dedicated account rep that would answer any questions and keep me informed of any account activity. I do NOT get any more calls and have previously left numerous messages of which I do NOT receive a response. There is now a recording that states to not bother to call Fintech as they are personally on top of my file and will be in contact with me. I'm sure they are on top of it alright. This company and the people responsible should not only refund our money but go to prison for life. Whether you are young or old, this is not something you should do to ANYONE, although I find it pathetic that they do this to the elderly as I am a senior citizen myself and have worked very hard for my home and may possibly lose it. Let's all work together to put a stop to people like this.
