First Premier Bank Card Making a payment Sioux Falls, South Dakota

First Premier is a rip off. Every month I try to make my payments online. I can never log onto my account. I spend hours trying to create a new username/password. If my payment is due on the 12th and I log in on the 10th or 11th, I can't get on. It seems that I am forced to make a payment online and pay a fee, or make a late payment and pay a fee. Either scenario is frustrating. 

I do not need the company to tell me to make early payments. I have every right to make a payment the day before without the hassle. This is the only credit card company that I have this problem with. You are crooked, no matter what explanation you give.  A fee to pay your payment the day before? How rotten can you be?

Please tell me where on my credit card bill does it state that I will be charged a fee to make a payment on time? Charging someone to pay a fee before the bill is due, is not stated on the back of the monthly statement.
