Freedom Van Lines moved my stuff from Dallas to Baltimore. When they gave me an estimate, I emailed them a detailed list of things that are to be moved. They came up with new charges when they came to pick up the stuff. The only thing that I agreed to was additional packing material. But they charged me with things like 'Bulky Item Handling: $350.00', 'Long Carry Origin: $150.00', 'Elevator Fee: $75.00', 'Packing material: $200.00'. They said that they were going to pack my TV and charged me for it. They never packed it. I have tried to resolve this matter with them. I have emailed them so many times but they kept on referring me to a different person every time. Please BE AWARE of this company.
