GE Capital Retail Bank GE Money Bank cant access the new website. trying to reset password then tells me my info doesnt match. payments keep going sky high. had dental work over $5000 done. totally freaking out after hearing what this co, Internet

Have several accounts with GE Money bank. After reading these stories especially on CARECREDIT accounts with them, I am definitely going to look at the bill very closely.  I had major dental work done around $5000 approximately, and my dental office encouraged me to apply for a carecredit account.  I have been paying the $152 payment per month for a long time, but am becoming very worried about these excessive finance charges being slammed on people. 

My payment has now gone up to approx $176 per month now basically due to some vet bills i incurred.  I am uncertain as to how this company applies the payments received amongst different promotional charges. This company has now merged all accounts to be able to access them with all one username and one password supposedly to make things easier.  What a joke that has become! Unfortunately, I have been able to set it all up once, and can no longer access it. 

i have tried to recover the password, entered all pertinent info (acct #, ss#, bday), and the only response i get back is that "my info does not match their info".  If you try too many times, your account is locked and a message states that "user profile .... is locked, ps try again in 2 hours".This is absolutely crazy!!!  and then if you try to re-register and you provide the same info as trying to reset your password----a message states you are already registered.  UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I have entered the account number right off the card so how can it be wrong???  I also have a MOHAWK credit card (applied for at carpet king) and another through HOM FURNITURE.  Is this just another way to make it difficult to make your payment with this company?  I have had payments post 2x and had to get it reversed---a lengthy process for sure with them.  Had to fax all sorts of stuff, and yet they could clearly see that the payments had both posted.  Count me in on any lawsuit against this company!  They need to be stopped.
