My computer crashed.  Geek Squad came out to retrieve data and transfer to my new laptop.  Adam from the GS said that nothing could be saved but my pictures.  He then explained that he could take my computer to be recycled at Best Buy but he would leave my hard drive.  I agreed to that.  I was so upset about losing all of my company bookkeeping that when he left, he didn't give me anything.  

I called the GS within 2 hours of Adam leaving.  They said it was too late at night and to call in the morning.  I did.  The agent at GS put me on hold and then came back to say that he spoke with Adam and that he said he "HANDED" the hard drive to me.  Then he said that Adam told him that he left it in my office.  2 lies.

I called the store in Monmouth Junction and ED said that he would find Adam and get my hard drive back.  I have called 3 times since and have been in the store.  Nobody will give me an answer.  I realize that at this point my hard drive is long gone.  I hope this guy doesn't do something with my information.  
There should be some kind of reimbursement for all of this scam.  Also, so disciplinary action should be taken against the employee.  What the h*ll happened to my computer.  Where is my info?  I am furious!!!
