Gold's Gym Still Taking $ From My Account After Cancelation O'Fallon Illinois

We got my son a gym membership here in February when he was between jobs.  In June, he got a job in Paducah, KY.  Gold's Gym does not have any locations in/near Paducah, so we cancelled his membership by giving them a copy of his lease agreement and the signed check showing that we paid the first month's rent down there.  This is August and after 4 trips to Gold's Gym, which is 22 miles from me, they are still taking $$ from our account.  I called today and spoke to Andy B, who is the Asst. Sales Mgr there.  He said he remembers me and doesn't know why they are still taking $ from my account.  Of course, he also told me, face-to-face, that he would carbon copy my in on the email that he was going to send to the corporate membership office and he didn't.  He apologized.  

So, we have technically submitted our lease agreement 4 times now.  Twice in June, once in July and now again in August.  I submitted it 3 times in person and they supposedly photo copied it.  I also emailed it to the manager and then called to ensure she received my email.  She acknowledged that she did.

And yet here we are in August and more $ was taken from my account.  My bank has been very nice and have put stop pays on the amounts without charging me, but that won't last forever.  If they don't take care of it this time, I'll just file a small claims against them.
