This company has no problem with taking your money for warranty coverage , however, if needing to place a claim, they give you at least a minimum of two months before you get any help if any. This is a total rip-off. I would find another company to provide warranty on new furniture. This is the second time we have filed a claim and both times it was and still remains a nightmare. Most employees who work here are either incompetent or they are trained to give you the run around. DO not use them (total rip-off)
