H and R Block Susanna Kwan Increasing Prices and lying to your face - will treat you like you stupid Torrance California

Went to file my taxes and this was my third time going to H and R.  The forms I need have been the same for all three times. After my taxes were done the preparer gave me the bill which was 97 dollars more than before. I requested to know why it went up. She said because I used more forms and they charge for that. I told her that I used the same forms and I have my old past years taxes which were prepared by H and R with me.  She still insisted that it's because I had more forms. She argued with me and I asked her how does she know that if she never looked at my past years taxes. She ignored me and then said she cant discount me and tried to talk me into to paying the fee anyway. I said no problem I will go somewhere else for peace of mind because I feel like I am being ripped off. She then said okay I will give you a discount  She could not process a discount and called her supervisor on the phone. The supervisor was told by her with me sitting two feet away that I wanted a discount. I only wanted an explanation why the difference in cost is so high when the forms are the same. The supervisor was not properly informed and they offered me a small amount off the price but would not even be a decent amount and still my question was avoided.  I asked again how does she know about my past tax years when she did not even look at my documents. Did I mention I was a walkin and they had no time to look over my account.  When I told her why are you lying to me and treating me like I am a dumb person she told me that if I give you a discount then you would want one every year. I told her I will not be back so that would not matter. She said I don't care if you leave or come back. Did I mention when I got to the office she tried to avoid helping me. She wanted to just sit in the office and not work. When I ask the front desk to give me someone that would provide good service they said all of our staff are great. She was rushing through my deductions and made some mistakes. I then spoke to the office clerk and requested a phone number to the manager. I never ever had such a negative interaction with a tax service. In fact I asked the clerk that how can I trust H and R anymore if they treat you like this when they get your money how will they act during and audit. i told the clerk I don't care          if they discount me or even if it was free I will fill with them. It is the principal of the matter that trust needs to be in place and they were treating me like a fool like I didn't know that they were pulling a fast one on me and thought I would just pay the large amount with out an explanation of over pricing.
