HABAND HABAND VIP PLUS CLUB Unauthorized Credit Card Charges Warren Pennsylvania

I purchased a blouse for my Mom from Haband on 7/10/2018.

Then I noticed charges for three month's, first one in July $1.99.

Second one in August $14.97.

Third one in September $14.97.

I saw that it was a HABAND VIP PLUS Club membership charge.

I immediately called them this month and asked what was going on, that I did NOT join any club or authorize these transactions.

CS rep said he would email a confirmation that the charges would be refunded and memebership canceled.

I received the email, but no refunds.

I called again, got another CS person who had this month's Sept. of 14.97 immediately refunded.

I had to call them again and ask why I have not been refunded for the July and August charges.

I am now waiting for the refunds for July and August of this year.
