HelloTotem.com is a complete scam. I sent my phone in 3 months ago and still have not been paid. I have submitted 10 "tickets" and spoken to 3 "customer service" reps online. No one answers the phone number.
I keep getting told the same old story, that it takes 3-10 buisness days to receive the check, and then after you don't receive the check you have to wait 3 weeks before they will put in a "ticket". All they do is copy and paste the same lame answers from an answer board. This company will take your phone with no intentions of paying you for it.

The CEO of this company is Nicholas Fiorentino, you can find him on, linkedin.com. To email him you have to pay for the site, however, I am not above spending a little to get what is owed me. If you go to linkedin.com and put in Hellototem you will find more people with the scam company. They are not accredited with the BBB due to being revoked per the BBB website. This is why:
**this is from the BBB website**

Factors that lowered the rating for Cellular Distribution Strategies include:

Length of time business has been operating 280 complaints filed against business Failure to respond to 2 complaints filed against business 15 complaints filed against business that were not resolved Advertising issue(s) found by BBB BBB Accreditation was revoked because the business failed to honor its accreditation agreement with BBB. Business has failed to resolve underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaints

I have every copy of every "ticket" and communication I have ever sent to this company, I advise others to do the same. It is time the company get shut down and the thieves arrested for what they are doing to people. They claim to have been seen on (NBC, The New York Times, WIRED, cnet, maclife, geek.com, and fastcompany) If enough people make complaints with these companies for endorsing a scam company then we may be able to see results.

I am in the process of sending all of my unanswer communications, and a copy of the chats with "customer service" to ever media source I can find an address for. More people need to do this. The more people who stand up and fight back the LESS people will get scammed by this fake company.
