I sent this company a iPad whicthe cording to there website they received on 3-28-13. I have yet tterrible payment. I have left voicemails textmessgages emails and submitted multiple tickets to get information. None of these have been returned. Stay away from this company. They are nothing but common thieves.

  I got intouch with them buy useing twitter. @hellototem is there twitter name. They were going through restructureing. Just tweet them and the owner of the company will get back with you. It worked for me

they made good on promise

  Though it took me some time to finally get in touch with a live person once I did they went out of there way to make things right by me. There have been changes made at totem for the better at totem
