We had our home morgage with hfc. The interest never went down after years of payments. Threatening forecloser many times, we refinanced trying to get our payments lowered, with them putting all owed on balance. Branches closing and could not get through to talk to anybody about our morgage. And when we did get through whoever we talked to did'nt know anything about our morgage. Payments due were different then what were actually due?? We evenually gave up and let the house go back. So frustrating, we should of not had to go through all this.
