Home Safe America United One Solutions Dave Pastori promised he'd be sure to get our modification through...now he won't take our calls! Internet, New York

Dave Pastori assured us that he would work personally on our modifications, that he is a paralegal, that he was developing his reputation for his life and he could assure us a modification.  Said he was getting married and told of other 'really good people' in the "firm".  He gave us his direct line and email which he initially answered or called back when I left a message.  That was until   February, 2011.

He was quite a salesman!  We put our complete trust in him!  We started getting e-mails from people who apparently worked for Dave.   These people continually request copies of records of ours, i.e., income, Social Security awards, bank statements, etc., and a hardship letter, which were all faxed back to them immediately (we have our own fax machine).

We started to notice less and less contact from Dave and his 'people' and should have realized something was up when  we no longer received any emails back and Dave's number was changed.  When I questioned the changes, Dave's response was that he and other 'Lawyers' were now operating under the name of United One Solutions and that we were not to worry he is still on top of our case and it will be resolved soon.  I still believed in him and our foreclosure seemed to be on hold.

Then, when our auction date was schedule for 8/31/11, I began trying to call again, to no avail.  The company doesn't answer emails or they are ignoring our requests for information, "Dave" doesn't return any calls, no matter how desparate the message we leave for him is!

US Bank did send one letter to us noting they received our modification paperwork but that was last November 2010,  I  continue to check for e-mails from Home Safe America/United One Solutions or from Dave or his people, but have heard nothing from any of them.  The last thing Dave told us was that he is no longer affiliated with either company (so much for his promises to us) and that he would call back with the phone numbers for Anthony J Blackwell.  Still waiting for his call - go figure another promise gone unfulfilled.

We were completely scammed out of the $1,995.00 we paid to them!  We want our money back!!
