In the summer of 2010 (and now it's March,2011) my husband and I found HOME SAFE AMERICA on the internet. We felt very compfortable with the indivigual whom we spoke to. He assured us that we were calling a fantastic company that would help in our modification with our home. After sending in all the information that was required, he also made sure that he got his $2,350.00  that same day.

Within the first 3 months of the 11 months,  I called only every week, but hearing that they were "WORKING ON IT" over and over again.. left me flustered. Every week there was a problem. The paper work was not sent, the fax that they got and confirmed to me on the phone was missplaced or lost. I would have to resend the same information every time I called to request the statis of my Modification.
Most of the phone numbers that they gave me were shut off, emails were coming back to me saying they were not valid any longer. The stress I went through trying to contact anyone in this company was horrible. I was litterally getting sick every day trying to contact anyone.

When I did reach someone at the company, I mentioned all the phone numbers were no longer in service and it takes me three of four days to reach one person and to get an answer with the numbers I had to work with. BUT, the person that took my application and contacted me for my money and recieved it,  was their personal cell phone I could only reach someone by.
I had told him, I have no way to get in touch with anyone at that company and I have NOT heard from anyone in weeks. Each time I was told the same thing, "I know, I understand"
I was told that his boss and the boss's brother split up and one took half the money and the company is not doing good and then I heard the boss's brother came back with the money.

This IS CRAZY, I want a refund and I better get it.. Just to let all you people understand, that this company is going under the new name of: UNITED SOLUTIONS. BEWARE.. I am still trying to get intouch with anyone at this company to get my refund. Please Beware, I wouldnt want anyone to go through the same stress that I have been going through.

Today alone, I have called 17 times. Left so many voice mails and I will haunt them till I get my money.. I dont have money to give people. I want my money back.

Again, the HOME SAFE AMERICA  now became UNITED SOLUTIONS.
