My credit card has been charged 3 times @ $69.95 for a Hoodia product that was not ordered. All products were returned through the post office.

I have sent emails to cancel with no response, even though it is stated that they will respond within 72 hours.

At this time, they are still putting the charge on my credit card without approval and will not respond.

Hi, Isn't there a phone # you can call and tell them to cancel it? Keep your emails and your receipts to the company and send them in to your credit card company and dispute the charges. Call your credit card company and tell them right away. You have to be persistent with the dispute.

When you sent the product back, did you get a delivery confirmation or any documentation saying you returned the products? If you did, just send your information to your credit card with the dispute.

I would also report the company to the Better Business Bureau. If you look them up, I'm sure there's been lots of complaints against them. They also will try to resolve it for you. Plus it will add more bad info against the company when consumers check them out on the BBB.

Or you could cancel the credit card. Your credit card will back you in the dispute. Plus you don't have to pay your bill for those disputed charges or interest while the dispute is being investigated.

It's really worth it to dispute the charge. I've been working on a disputed charge for $5000 to a company who Ripped me off.

If you want to buy some Hoodia, Pure Hoodia, I get mine from Natural Health Pharmaceuticals. They are the only company I trust. They are reputable and honest. I've been dealing with them for a couple of years now. I used to buy it wholesale from them to sell in my Ebay store.
