HSBC mortgage services. This is the background. In March 2013 the automatic payment was cancelled on the wrong account. Did not make March's payment. Payment aggrangement made and kept. Account current as of September's payment. Received notification of an automatic payment. Call made to Customer service. HSBC representative assured account was current and payment would be cancelled. All is well and good. Mailed regular payment in. Company took the automatic payment.

The local bank faxed evidence of both payments. HSBC has inconsistent customer service. This is evidenced by this report.
