I can not believe they can do all the things they have,and nothing has been
done.I deciced to google HSBC.I have spent hours on just two of a few that
are out there. I have been not working,and fallen behind on payments. My orig. bill was 600.00 now after four years it is 645.67. now they are making
money off me. It was about 487.00. got behind, with all the Late Chardge assessments,Billed Finance Charges,Plus Direct Check Fee(15.00) when you pay that way.They put the late fees on the minimun due,and it compounds more each time. Can't pay towards any thing I owe,so it gets worse. If I could make past due plus, charges I do owe them I would be making payments that count.This way I can never catch up. Then they have a hardship program,they don't mention till it's to late. They keep telling me I'am on it, but keep calling me for more money,They have lied to me the last 3times I have called them on it. Meanwhile they keep charging late fee's and it's getting out of hand, They are rude, heartless,and don't care,how do they sleep at night, we are all human. Plus you can never understand them ,has some-thing to do with India? I had one hang up on me and had to make about six calls,they give you the run around, and has taken all day to do this.why can't they work with people, you can't give what you don't have. But they charge,charge,charge, Intrest rates are really bad exp. 26%
Not sure what's gonna happen.I'am trying but they don't seem to care.
