Hughes Network Systems, LLC HughesNet Slow, unsatisfactory speed, and getting worse; outsourced service admits problems Germantown Maryland

I am a long term Sat user, converted from xxxxxxxx. The speed was never great; so, was advised to upgrade to new modem (7000) at a cost, and found the speed not much improved, then degraded. I upgraded my computer thinking that would help (nope), went thru many extended tests with outsourced service department to no avail, except to understand it is a bandwidth issue. Hughes has outsold the avail bandwidth, and my 'times' are too slow to run normal software 80% of time, and getting worse. I have extensive documentation and understand the issue. I would welcome a disucssion with a corporate Hughesnet person to resolve this. I am seeking potential class action lawsuit perhaps, and certainly exposure thru local media. I have tried to get help in every way allowable thru Hughesnet, and my records will show that. This is entirely unsatisfactory, misleading, and I think perhaps fraudulant. Have the info, and willing to share. I am out of resources trying to get your people to respond to me. Hughes has outsourced their service, and tied the hands of the technicians...and they won't escalate my problem, because they know it can't be fixed. I got them to admit it. the sat in question is G161K. They have a known problem evidently and "are working on it"...but won't admit it officially. Therefore, I am paying for something I am not getting, and have no recourse except to try these other means of letting people know about my experience.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
