Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

We spent 2 hours listening to a travel club sales pitch and were given a "free" cruise for our trouble.  We didn't buy and wanted to test their business before putting out $7K.  Boy are we glad we did as this was a nightmare to meet all obligations and time frames that were necessary.

After 4 months and finally getting to the point of booking our "Free" cruise were given the wrong date (good thing I checked on line to make sure this was an accurate date).  None of the six dates we picked were chosen and we were being forced to take a Carnival cruise for $130 MORE than I could book myself and I would have a much better cabin!  In questioning the customer service rep (who was very rude) she finally admitted they have a $190 per ticket "service charge".  The $400 would have bought me another cabin or a suite!

We cancelled this "free reward" and were told we had to ask for our money back in writing and it would take 8 weeks.  I don't know how they stay in business and we are so glad we didn't buy into this "club"!
