It was horrible to be with Innovative Merchant Solutions for credit card processing. Once they got me in, they treat me like a s**t. Their customer service is rude and nasty.  There are a lot of hidden costs, but they lie to me before. They charge me so much fees. When I called them to ask about that, they kept saying you have to pay this and that blah blah...I got so frustrated to do the business with them. I am so glad I finally got out of the death from Innovative Merchant Solutions. I hope you won't get trapped in with them. Innovative is a rip-off merchant company. Stay away.....
