contacted jim walter customer service rep stated
interest is calculated on the life of the loan using
the same amout each year.

This allows jim walter to use your money. not allowing
you to report the actual amout paid. less the amount
applied to your principal. They refuse to sen a statement reflecting how payments were applied.
