July 2008 John Beck runs a infomercial claiming with dollars invested you can make thousands of dollars in a short time.Guaranteed and he stands behind his product .

We pay the 39.95 start up fee and receive the program materials and we get a phone call asking us to pay or strong armed in attempt to charge on our credit card over14,000 grand because it is other  people's money.We took 16000 out of one IRA to pay John Beck

$3215 out of a second account to pay Strategic Financial .During the process John Beck guarantees we can make a nice income .Working 10 hours a week the President of John Beck says we can make 1000 a month within 4 weeks.Total Baloney! After we initially signed up out of the blue comes the necessary expense.

To form an LLC and have our taxes done by Strategic Financial.We sign up for a coaching session which was totally useless as the coach gave us websites saying we could join for free but they charged fees.
She even said the property vault a John Beck resource was a useless his own employee.

About the middle of the coaching sessions she stops calling a violation of services offered by John Beck mentoring of America. We never heard from her again but after much hassling I had the coaching services restored.

Coach's name was Leah Davis who quit calling.John Beck  has a 30 day money back guarantee on services rendered which is highly unrealistic because it does not give you enough time to know what you are getting into.

Another "surprise came in the form of a phone call from a company in ST. George Utah trying to sell us property purchased by John Beck for  his clients at a reduced price still in the thousands after we just dished out all that money.

The President of the John Beck company said he sat by his pool swimming with his kids pressing a few buttons on the computer and earned thousands in a hour total untruth.

We spent about 18,000 total for John Beck and Strategic Financial and John Beck did refund us $1000 but we are still out about 17,000 and on the John Beck property Vault they suggested properties to us in Washington that were under water and one could not even be built on.

Their John Vault property listings were not current or inaccurate a lot of the time and they charged monthly fees for that.One county in Virginia the county official said the John Beck property sources were wrong and the properties that John Beck Property Vault listed were not foreclosures

She wanted John Beck's name so she could call them and tell them to quit publishing inaccurate information about the Virginia properties because the lady had received so many wrong inquiries about the properties from John Beck clients who were working his program.I called John Beck and complained about the errors in the Property Vault information and they basically said too bad.


I had to sign 2 forms saying I did not want my money back from the failure of the program.Ihad no choice but to sign them and I worked the John Beck program for almost 40 hours a week for about
4 months and did not earn one dime.

I tried threatening John Beck with a lawyer I called them several times and even talked to Montana Legal service for about a year after trying to get our money back no avail.John Beck offered to refund $500.00 back but I declined because I want all our money back.

Strategic Financial after they got our $ 3215   were done with us and the guy who sold us the program Tony after he got the money was done with us and never returned my phone calls.All they wanted was the money than they washed their hands of us Total bogus program claims and the whole deal is a scam and a major  ripoff!

 I also filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and that failed as well.John Beck has an F rating with the BBB and their reports say that John Beck has a history of very bad customer service settlements with clients I believe John Beck is involved in a class action suit now as well.
