I disenrolled in their VIP membership in July 2013 I have a new debit card and checking account number since my last shipment I never gave them my new billing information yet they have it and have charged my debit card 39.95 here is a copy of the chat with customer service and also this is what I was told by a live representative:
k jones: I ended my VIP membership after my last order on 7/9/2013 also I have a new dibit card number that I never updated with you and an email asking me to update my info I need this transaction cancelled I never authorized this charge I never gave you my new debit card number so how you it's a mystery to me
k jones: I just called and the customer service rep so called told me I am a platinum member and she has no access to my account after she has told me she see's the charge

k jones: yes i made a new account when i couldn't remember the email address used but that has nothing to do with it the new debit card is not on that account either

k jones: i had to change new checking account account and debit cards due to fraud and I gave no one the new banking info except my job for direct deposit
Royce: However in this account where you used this email "firstname.lastname@example.org", the $39.95 membership fee did not go through since you updated you never updated your account right. So we don't have an access to your old bank account .
Royce: But in this account where you used "email@example.com ", the last $39.95 charged was last 05/06/2013.

k jones: what part are you not understanding you have my new debit card number listed in the firstname.lastname@example.org which i never updated with you bottom line
k jones: no it was july 9, 2013 order number 70******
k jones: i am on the website now looking at the order history and the old debit card was used for that order not my new one
k jones: but this vip was charged to my new debit card that i did not give you i cancelled my vip after that last order

Royce: So last July, you where NOT charge for $39
k jones: I don't understand if I am geting a new debit card number not giving it to you how are you obtaining my number I just want to cancel any membership you have for me since this is a consttn billing issue withthis company
k jones: are you not looking in my account
k jones: I placed an order in july and got that order
k jones: fter that order I requested to be disenrolled in the vip program
