Kay Jewelers engagement ring repair failed and IGI bogus report Illinois Rosemont Illinois

I have a beautiful 4 CT green sapphire diamond engagement ring and GIA report for the main stone green sapphire.i took it to the Kay jewelres shop to get the Apprisal report and some minimum repair to straighten the main stone. Instead of that they changed the stone position and chipped the edges. It took them forever to take the ring back to change the stone position back. And still the stone does not sit evenly and lost sparkle itself, scratched and chipped. The mounting  is bended.
We are very disappointed with the Apprisal work we received and we would like to get our money back for the incorrect Apprisal work. The CT weight is incorrect, also IGI says that the stone was indicatio of heating which is 100% inaccurate.
 
 The main stone is chipped, the stone itself doesn’t sit in the mounting ring evenly and the mounting ring also blended. 
 I was told it will be done in two weeks And it took them six weeks . Also they called me in two weeks and said that the ring is ready for pick up. I came saw the ring after repair and they changed the main stone position , there was no IGI report done as well. 

P.S. This ring worth more that $20 000. 
I called and emailed Kay jewelers store manager Mrs.Gibson ( who took this job) numerous times to get the answers, but she never got back to me.

You will be able to see two different   GIA and IGI reports . Also the third picture shows how they changed the main stone position.
Please help, is there any way to get my money back for IGI bogus report and the done damage to the stone ? 
Any ideas or suggestions would help ! Thanks in advance.
