Do not even think about doing business with this company. They will flat out lie to you and promise the world. I signed up with them to process credit cards for my business. They seemed like a good company, the sales rep knew her stuff. I repeatedly asked if there were any other fees associated with doing business after she sent me a list of fees. She assured me there were not. Right away I noticed they were charging a rate higher than quoted. When I questioned this, I was told my customer was a weak customer so the rate was higher. BTW, my sale rep sent me only page 2 of 4 on the contract (I figured this out later). When I finally was able to get the company to send me the 4 page contract, I find all kinds of fee's which were never mentioned. I immediately cancelled my account as I don't do business with crooks if i can avoid it. They kept charging me the minimum $54.95 because they said I had to give 30 day notice. Then after about 3 weeks they hit me with a $350.00 cancellation fee. If you try to talk to them they just say it was in your contract. When I finally talked someone into sending me the whole contract it was in there, and so was my signature, FORGED. If anyone knows the best way to proceed against a company that forges signatures and flat out lies about the services they offer I would appreciate the information. I am a small business and I can't afford big attorney fee's.
