Legal Processing Associates - LTP this is the first time i have been scamed. I got a pay day loan at check n go and ever since i have been getting calls at my place of employment and my home and cell. this man threatend to call my family and friends and tell them im being brought up on charges and would be sent to texas to face trial for 1500 dollars. I only borrowed 170 dollars at check n go. he forced me to pay the day he called Austin Texas

I would like to report a possible fraudulent law company called Legal processing associates or apparently now its called LTP. they called me from an austin texas area code at my place of employment and claimed he was a detective and did not identify himself and refused when i asked him. he told me right away that I got a loan (which i did get a payday loan from check n go) and I was going to be brought up on criminal charges if i did not call him back after work.

so I did and he immdiatley told me that i had to pay 678.20 in fees and charges but would not tell me why. my loan was only for $170 he told me the other option was to be brought up on charges of fraudding a bank, bouncing checks, $900 in fees and some other rediculous felonies. when i refused to make a choice he started makeing threats to call me family and tell them i was going to jail. he told me if I did not pay him $100.00 that day before 9pm i would be getting a summons in the mail and would have to go to texas to go to court and face criminal charges.

he gave me no choice so he gave me the information to send money via money gram and only money gram.thier number matches most on recently searched fruad sites and i feel I may be a victim, and i need help because i have already sent them some money and I dont want them calling my family and making treats.

the phone numbers they call from are 5123400493/ 5125123400745 and they claim to be working for some law firm or detective agent. dept 10
