This company called my father in law concerning my husband saying the same thing everyone else on here is saying. Threatening jail time, a warrant being issued, and everything. I asked for them to send papers, they refused to do so. The man my husband talked to that evening, that told him to call him back the next morning, suddenly retired the next day!!! Can these people do this legally, and is there anything we can do to them???

But I have a lawsuit open and the FBI is involved because the loan was from Early Payday Advance via Cashnminutes.com and Just so you know Early Payday Advance has been closed down since 2002 so how did I get a loan from an company that has been close since 2002? Don't believe it well check the BBB and The Texas Bank Control Board.

I DO PAY MY BILLS! BECAUSE I HAVE THE BANK STATEMENTS TO PROVE SO AND I DID NOT REALIZE THAT IT WAS PAID BECAUSE THE MAN WHO CALL SAID CASHNMINUTES NOT EARLY PAYDAY ADAVANCE AS MY BANK STATEMENT REFLECTS.

So In closing step off I know what is going on as my lawyer has stated what they have done is illegal. IT WAS AN VIOLATION OF My Civil Rights. Before you go accusing people of not paying their bills maybe you should know all the facts. NOT SOME NOT PART NOT A LITTLE BUT ALL OF THEM. Not to say that maybe you were a debt collector so what? Is that suppose to impress me? Sounds like you never had an company take your information and cause you over the 3000.00 in charges for companies you have never even heard of. I hate to say it until you have an situation like this happen to you then you won't know how it feels.

regardless

no matter what you think FTC and FDCPA can only do so much you have to have substantial evidence to file a suit against a collection agency i know because i used to actually be a bill collector and several times people tried to sue my company but were unsucessful because of the evidence it is all he said she said. so in closing i do know what i am talking about ma'am or sir from the hatten family maybe it is you who is mistaken or is it that you have bills and don't like to pay them as well?

Hello,
I read this comment but I think that the person whom made the comment just don't quite understand what eexactly is going on or just don't know what they are talking about but cashinminutes, early payday advance, legal processing assoicates are operating outside the law.

By the Fair Collection Act anf The Truth in lending Laws are thrown out the window when talking about this company one and the same and the can not threaten you in that manner via Fair Collection Act.

So to say do what they say will have you out the crazy amounts of money this is what you need to do. Call the BBB, FTC to File an complaint, your state attonery general office and the state of texas and file complaints.

most people don't understand how a payday loan works and how they can legally go after you. When you sign for the terms and conditons of the loan read the small print on your contract because you may be signing your life away. when you set up your bank account for automatic debit you are giving the bank the permission to write a check on your behalf and and lawyer will tell you that if you write a bad check across state lines it is a "FEDERAL OFFENSE" so in closing the have the right to go forward against you i actually got arrested for a payday loan that i didnt even apply for out of Texas, they don't have any leniency so don't take what they say lightly if the have the money to you can get arrested. so whatch what or who you believe because i have gone through it before i dont recommend you play with fire you may get burned.
