lenovo IBM Poor service and they destroyed my data Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

We bought this computer less than 2 months ago and the sceen and computer shuts off while we are working on the computer.  The service was terrible. They reset the factory settings and wiped all our programs and destroyed all our family pictures.  I am very upset and they will not even take this peice of junk back for a refund.

   As a general rule, you should never send a computer out for repair without backing up your data first.   If the issue turns out require a new disk drive or reloading the operating system, they will wipe anything on the hard drive. 


  As a matter of fact, you should always backup valuable documents and pictures on a regular basis.   Disk drives can fail at any time.
