LTD Commodities Shipping ripoff, misapplied payments, no response from credit department Bannockburn Illinois

After trying to clear up Statements where payments have not been applied to invoices, and getting no response from the Credit Department, my company was sent to Collections.

In order to meet the demands of this company, (because I am not the cusomer, and I am not right) I am just giving up a 3 month fight and issuing a check (in other words paying double) for the amount they says I owe.

I think it is sad that I as their customer have the burden of proof with no cooperation or answers to my questions. They are all so rude, as I am sure that most of you have heard before.

LTD's practice of shipping everything separately is not only deceptive, but unnecessary. You are never notified of the status a backorder, and usually never see it. When you do order something, most of the time you are hoping that you get it all and not in five or six small cartons.

In summary, if you want to pay twice what your item is worth, buy it from LTD!
