This company is a scam and any positive reviews are just ringers they had post comments. They will continue to rip you off and double talk the monies and amount you are paid. It takes 30 days to get paid and any job you do will be paid 30 days from when you had completed it.

There is no money in this, you will LITERALLY, pay them to go to work.  I mowed 16,200 sf  in Cleveland, TN which was to pay 250, they weaseled down to 125 and then sent a check for 35.  I spoke with Gina Sheets 336-951-9700 to get this corrected and she has now stopped answering my calls or emails. I wised up after 2 jobs with this company.

I intend on filing numerous complaints form North Carolina to Tennessee. I will also put a lien on the property.  These property preservation companies are ALL the same. They all pay nothing and expect you to do everything.

I have done other work for them and they have tried to make me go back for free and make repairs because the work order was wrong.  Anther company that is just as bad id FVSA out of Memphis- Christina Phipps. These companies expect you to work for real cheap, carry your own insurance, dump fees and purchase materials to complete these jobs which you will not get paid for. They work for banks on foreclosed properties, like Wells Fargo. These banks pay good money but the greedy property preservation companies keep it all and give you peanuts. By the time it is all said and done you will not make minimum wage using your own tools and transportation.

This is disgusting at how these type of people scam others who are looking to make an honest living. They will back charge you if you do not meet deadlines.

Flag them when you see them on Craigs List.

FVSA has screwed several contractors and their families our of hard earned money.  Having conversations with several contractors it's aparent their model it to take half and in some instance all of their sub contractors fees.  Among defrauding the very lenders they they service said homes for.

It's time to organize the posy........are there any other contractors out there who have been taken advantage of?  Help us put a stop to it!  Before more fmailies loose!!!

#1 UPDATE Employee

FVSA is a great company

AUTHOR: Gibsoncontractor - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, August 14, 2013

I have been working for FVSA for about 2 months now and they are excellent, I have spoken with Christina personally and she has always helped me with invoices and making the most money I can per trip. She has also invested time in training me with her other local crews. I am paid weekly as long as my photos are submitted. That is my responsibility. If you don't do your part they can't do theirs
